If the contents of the shipment are indeed damaged, we will look for a solution as quickly as possible to send replacement parts or new products. Products can be returned within 5 working days after notification in their original packaging. It is important that both the product and the product box are intact to be eligible for a return.
Tip: do not use the product box as a shipping box.

We are happy to cover return costs when we have delivered the wrong item. In that case, we will send you a return label via email. Please wait for our return label before sending the item back.
